Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the business development team by managing key sales processes, preparing client-facing materials, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales executives with proposal preparation, client follow-ups, and scheduling
  2. Create and maintain sales collateral, pitch decks, and client onboarding documentation
  3. Enter and track leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM (Salesforce)
  4. Assist in responding to RFPs and coordinating internal inputs for timely submission
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, prepare reports, and streamline sales processes
  6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sales systems and reporting tools
  7. Monitor inbound leads and route to appropriate team members for follow-up

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or customer success
  2. Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  5. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and customer-first attitude
  6. Experience in healthcare, tech, or startup environments is a plus
